আগরতলা, ৩ অক্টোবর : ১০৩২৩ এডহক শিক্ষকদের শেষ প্রত্যাশাতে জল ঢেলে দিল আদালত। এই সম্পর্কিত একটি মামলা আজ ত্রিপুরা হাইকোর্টে খারিজ হয়ে গেছে। ফলে সুপ্রীম কোর্টের রায় অনুযায়ী ২০২০ সালের মার্চ মাসের পর আর চাকরী থাকছে না ১০৩২৩ এডহক শিক্ষকের। তাদের বাড়ীতে ফিরেআসা আরও নিশ্চিত হয়ে গেছে। চাকরী বাঁচাতে ১০৩২৩ সম্প্রতি হাইকোর্টে একটি মামলা দায়ের করে। আজ হাইকোর্টের ডিভিশন ব্যাঞ্চে এই মামলার উপর শুনানী হয়। মাননীয় বিচারপতি শুনানীর শেষে চূড়ান্ত রায় ঘােষণা করে। বিচারপতি রায় ঘােষণা করে এই ১০৩২৩ সংক্রান্ত মামলাটি খারিজ করে দিয়েছে। রায় দিয়ে বলা হয়েছে যেহেতু সুপ্রীম কোর্ট ১০৩২৩ শিক্ষকের মামলা খারিজ করে দিয়েছে। তাই হাইকোর্টে এর উপর আর কোন শুনানী হতে পারেনা। অর্থাৎ সুপ্রীম কোর্টের রায়ই বহাল রেখেছে হাইকোর্ট। মামলা খারিজ হয়ে যাওয়ায় ১০৩২৩ এডহক শিক্ষকরা একেবারে ভেঙ্গে পড়েছে। তাদের শেষ প্রত্যাশা ছিল হাইকোর্টে চলা মামলাটি। মূলত এই রায়ের বাইরে গিয়ে হাইকোর্ট নতুন কোন রায় ঘােষণা করেনি। এরফলে সুপ্রীম কোর্টের রায়ই বহাল রয়েছে। অর্থাৎ ২০২০ সালের মার্চমাসের পর ১০৩২৩ এডহক শিক্ষকের চাকরী যাওয়া আরও নিশ্চিত হয়ে গেছে। বাম আমলে ১০৩২৩ শিক্ষকের চাকরী হয়েছিল শিক্ষা অধিকার আইনকে বুড়াে আঙ্গুল দেখিয়ে তকালিন বাম সরকার শিক্ষকেরবিভিন্ন পদে নিয়ােগ করেছিল ১০৩২৩'কে। এই নিয়ে রাজ্যে বহু রাজনীতি হয়েছে। ব্যাপক জল ঘােলা করেছে রাজনৈতিক মাতব্বররা। ২০১৮ সালে বিধানসভা
